IRS Updates Website with Small Businesses in Mind

If you’ve been on the IRS website in the past week, you may have noticed some changes. If you’re a small business owner, you may want to check it out and get your browser bookmarks ready. The reason?

According to The Washington Post, part of the site overhaul intends to help small businesses more quickly find the information that relates specifically to them. Additions include a Recommended Reading for Small Businesses page, a centralized Small Business Forms and Publications page, and materials available in multiple languages – all available from a home page dedicated specifically toward small businesses and the self-employed. We’re small biz-focused day in and day out at BuildMyBiz, but it’s encouraging to see more large-scale agencies leverage their sites to make them more small-business friendly.
