Tools to streamline small business success

Numerous apps are allowing small businesses to cut the paperwork and go digital.

Small business technology has advanced quickly to offer owners new tools to streamline their paperwork, finances and customer management procedures.

However, not all of these applications are created equal. Some are decidedly more helpful than others, but fortunately experts are weighing in to help small businesses and entrepreneurs choose those that are best for their operations.

In a recent article for Forbes, Tanya Prive shared some of her must-have tools for owners. One is Google Analytics, which gives companies information about how much traffic their websites generate and where it comes from.

Additionally, Prive cited EchoSign and DropBox – two online tools that store documents and files for companies electronically. Not only does this reduce the amount of paperwork that can clutter an office but it’s also a more eco-friendly option.

There are many other online tools of which companies can take advantage. Furthermore, many of these are being developed for mobile devices, so that firms can access them at anytime and from anywhere.
